Jonny Gill is a winner! He was the last addition to the already famous group New Edition, but he certainly wasn’t the least. His aggressive vocals took NE to an entirely new level, which didn’t even seem possible at the time. After a slew of solo albums and collaborations, including R&B super ground LS, and like the title of his latest album, he’s definitely Still Winning.

If you’re a Gill fan, you’re used to pretty aggressive singing, however, on this outing Jonny really showcases his true R&B crooning in impressive fashion. The production is excellent and definitely soulful. Stand out tracks are ”Let’s Stay Together,” “Just the Way You Are,” “2nd Place,” and “It Would Be You.”
